We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI. The CNA will work under the general direction of a Registered Nurse to provide patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Assist with providing patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Work within the Professional Practice Model of Aspirus to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a nursing assistant course required.
- One year of experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting beneficial.
- Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry required.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
