About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking all the fresh bread and pastries our cafe needs each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality, using only the finest ingredients.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless cafe operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of baking experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
