About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nursing Care Specialist to join our team in Xenia, OH. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care to patients in post-acute facilities while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $38-$68 per hour, which is 25% higher than the average in the area. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Nursing Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality care to patients in post-acute facilities
  • Developing care plans and working with medical staff and residents to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Administering medications and treatments as needed
  • Ensuring proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Supervising and training other nursing staff as needed
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
