School-Based Speech Therapy Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Therapist to join our team in Phoneton, Ohio.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year.
  • The caseload will be discussed during the interview.
  • Onsite work is required during the school year.

About the Job:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports.

About You:

  • You must hold a valid Ohio State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have strong organizational and time management skills.
