Job Description
- The Senior Living Sales Director will oversee the day-to-day Sales & Marketing functions of our Novellus Clairemont Senior Living community.
- This role involves customer-facing responsibilities, including achieving company-directed sales and occupancy goals as well as establishing strong professional relationships in the market to promote occupancy growth.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inquiry calls from professionals and prospective residents, providing tours, and securing move-ins.
- In conjunction with the Executive Director, the Senior Living Sales Director will train and coordinate staff to serve as backup for inquiries and tours as needed.
- Responsibilities include monitoring and updating collateral and pricing information based on company standards, meeting or exceeding sales standards, and developing monthly or quarterly sales and marketing plans.
- The Senior Living Sales Director will utilize the company's CRM program on a daily basis to manage day-to-day sales tasks, understand customer referral patterns, conversion rates, and effectively utilize data to improve sales and develop sales and marketing plans.
- This role requires maintaining a close working relationship with other staff members, ensuring that responses to inquiries are handled properly and timely, and alerting appropriate community staff of projected move-ins, move-outs, and apartment changes.
- The Senior Living Sales Director must maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding acuity levels and licensure requirements.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work under pressure while interacting with various personalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with sales leadership experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Technically savvy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities.
Benefits
