Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care by utilizing the nursing process while demonstrating clinical expertise in the specialty required for the assigned unit, adhering to established policies and standards of care.

Collaborate with appropriate hospital resources to deliver specialized education.

Ensure patient and workplace safety by preventing errors, accidents, and infections, and promptly reporting any concerns.

Complete documentation accurately to maintain a legal record of patient care.

Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in activities that enhance nursing practice through knowledge sharing and research.


Qualifications:

Education: Diploma from an accredited RN Program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the primary state.

Must apply for Registered Nurse licensure in a secondary state within 90 days.
Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or TNS certifications required to be completed within one year of hire.
