Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding network at Triad Complete Healthcare. Our organization prioritizes the delivery of primary and specialized outpatient services, ensuring that our healthcare providers can focus on patient care without the burden of excessive corporate constraints.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments through interviews and physical examinations, including the collection and review of medical histories.
- Document patient care services accurately in both patient and departmental records.
- Deliver high-quality outpatient services by appointment.
- Engage in ongoing health maintenance, health education, and disease prevention screenings for adult patients.
- Perform well-women gynecological examinations, including necessary screenings and patient education.
- Educate patients on disease processes and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Stay informed about immunization schedules and routine health maintenance recommendations.
- Order and interpret laboratory and radiological studies as needed.
- Participate in the implementation of quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain professional development through continuing medical education and uphold licensure standards.
- Possess and maintain current prescriptive authority and relevant licenses.
- Engage in community health initiatives and disease prevention efforts.
- Communicate effectively with the Medical Director regarding complex cases or adverse outcomes.
- Foster positive interactions with patients, families, and clinic team members.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timeframes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and the public.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
