Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in nursing administration, education, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Nursing Education or a related field.
  • Progressively responsible administrative experience in a community college or higher education setting.
  • Experience with accreditation, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
