Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately calculate customer invoices using the dealership's software
  • Process payments including cash, checks, and credit cards, ensuring proper documentation
  • Provide accurate change and issue receipts to clients
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the relevant personnel
