Responsibilities- Patient Care

- Act as a patient advocate, closely monitoring patients throughout their treatment and providing compassionate support.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by radiation oncologists, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Medication Management
- Prescribe medications as needed, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Communication and Education
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and proposed treatments.
- Provide education and support to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Administrative Tasks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and quality metrics.
- Competitive Compensation
- Salary range of $115,000-$126,000, depending on experience.
