Position Overview:

FINSYNC is seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitator to lead entrepreneurial cohorts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering growth in aspiring entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate a minimum of one hour per week to content review and session preparation
  • Guide cohort groups through content in three-hour sessions (typically 10-12 sessions)
  • Share community connections and resources, including FINSYNC software and other valuable tools
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants as needed
