Job Description:

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing autonomous practice directed by the professional tenets of practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist, and transferor. They utilize the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Practitioner: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
  • Leader/Decision Maker: Manage interpersonal relationships, mentor colleagues, assume authority and accountability for nursing care, prioritize and organize time, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Scientist: Stay up-to-date with current evidence and standards, apply them to daily practice, contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives, and role-model a culture of inquiry.
  • Transferor: Communicate effectively, actively partner with others, precept students and new hires, and perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience or Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
  • All ADN prepared nurses must commit to completing a BSN or higher nursing degree within 10 years of hire date.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $41.50/Hr - $58.25/Hr, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
