Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including filling prescriptions, verifying medication information, and checking for potential interactions.
- Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in training and development programs to maintain knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and customer service.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
