We are looking for a diligent Public Space Attendant to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and organize all public spaces, including lobbies, meeting rooms, restrooms, and dining areas, ensuring they are immaculate.
  • Attention to Detail: Observe the condition of furnishings and fixtures, promptly reporting any damage or wear to management for swift action.
  • Supply Management: Keep an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries, managing resources efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Guest Interaction: Foster a welcoming atmosphere in public areas, assisting members and guests with genuine care and attention.
  • Feedback and Improvements: Engage in team discussions, offering insights on potential enhancements and contributing ideas to enrich our members' experiences.

  • Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role, ideally within a hotel, club, or luxury resort, showcasing a history of maintaining high standards in customer-facing operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in housekeeping, emphasizing motivation, coaching, and development.
  • Demonstrated experience in housekeeping departments.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and solid decision-making skills.
  • Proven comfort in interacting effectively with all levels of management, members, guests, and team members.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work outside standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
