About the Role

This Part-Time Maintenance Associate role at Hallmark US Springboard offers a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real impact in the world of retail sales. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and representing Hallmark in a positive light to customers and store employees.
  2. Working closely with local store teams to implement effective merchandising strategies and maximize sales potential.
  3. Utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark US Springboard to manage inventory, track sales performance, and receive feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, product movement, and sales performance.


Basic Qualifications
  • You're at least 18 years of age.
  • You're able to read, write, and understand English.
  • You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
