Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
  • Help large groups upon arrival and provide assistance with their stay.
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area and recommend dining, shopping, and other attractions to our guests.
  • Resolve guest issues and work to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and ensure all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
  • Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
  • Windows knowledge.
  • Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
  • Set schedule with availability to pick up extra shifts.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
