At Arbor Lodging Management, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
- Help large groups upon arrival and provide assistance with their stay.
- Be knowledgeable about the local area and recommend dining, shopping, and other attractions to our guests.
- Resolve guest issues and work to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and ensure all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
- Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
- Knowledge of reservation systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
- Windows knowledge.
- Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
- Set schedule with availability to pick up extra shifts.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
