We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Koehne Chevrolet GMC, LLC. As a key member of our automotive repair team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality body repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and Refinish: Perform body repair of most vehicle components, including fenders, panels, and other exterior parts, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Efficient Work Process: Work efficiently and accurately to complete repairs as outlined on repair orders, meeting or exceeding dealership and factory standards.
- Panel Replacement and Repair: Remove and replace damaged fenders and panels, and bolt or weld new parts in place.
- Preparation and Assembly: Sand, prep, disassemble, and assemble vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in automotive body work, with a strong understanding of repair techniques and procedures.
- Training and Certifications: I-car Training or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Positive customer service attitude, team-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
