We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Continuum Medical Staffing. This role focuses exclusively on Primary Care, providing essential healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient load of approximately 15-22 patients per day, with new graduates typically seeing around 15 patients.
- Deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment, ensuring patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
This position offers a favorable work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties required.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
- Loan Repayment: Up to $25,000 per year for 5 years.
- Relocation Assistance: Support for moving expenses.
- Sign-On Bonus: Competitive signing bonus available.
- Retention Bonuses: Opportunities for additional financial incentives.
