**Job Summary**

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD, while also expanding your knowledge and skills in the field of ABA.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in a supportive and nurturing environment
* Implement individualized treatment plans, developed in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements**

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Commitment to learn and become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 25 miles to client locations
