We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician/Caregiver to join our team at Innovative Arbor Oaks at Greenacres. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, assistance, and support to residents, including medication administration and management.
  • Work collaboratively with the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director to ensure resident care goals are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any unusual behavior or physical conditions of residents to the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medication Technician or Resident Care Aide.
  • FL Medication Technician Certificate or equivalent preferred.
  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening.
Work Environment

This is a part-time/full-time position with a moderate physical demand. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work.

Benefits

$19.00 per hour. 8 hour shift. Day shift, evening shift, night shift, holidays, Monday to Friday, morning shift, rotating weekends.
