Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both in person and via phone or email
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
