At Mountain Ridge Center - Franklin, NH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weekend Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team on Saturday and Sunday shifts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing team on Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring that care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, values, and policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective.
  • Mentor, educate, coach, and discipline nursing team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
