Position Overview:
Capitol Lakes is a dynamic Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in a central urban area. We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to enhance our team in Skilled Nursing. The Nurse will conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations, deliver patient care, and attend to the medical and emotional requirements of all residents in our Rehabilitation unit. Available Shifts:
- Full-Time Morning Shift
- Full-Time and Part-Time Evening Shifts
- Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shifts
- On-Call (All Shifts)

Registered Nurse Compensation:
Starting at $35.00/hour and above, based on experience

Shift Differentials:
- $1.00 per hour for Evening Shift
- $2.00 per hour for Night Shift

Per Diem Requirement:
A minimum of 3 shifts per month; additional shifts will receive a $10/hour differential

Candidate Qualifications:
- Valid and current RN/LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
