Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker I to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use the consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews
  • Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners and refer customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions
  • Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth
Requirements
  • College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
Working Conditions

This position requires normal office environment and extended viewing of computer screens. Travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility is required.
