Job Summary

Goldbelt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Military Science Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Army ROTC cadets in both classroom and field settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs in military science and field training exercises
  • Develop and implement adult learning techniques to enhance student engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
  • Meet or exceed academic institution's qualifications and requirements for instructor positions
Requirements
  • Commissioned Officer within the U.S. Army, Active Component, or former or current officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, or Army National Guard
  • Active or Reserve Component military experience
  • Temporary support minimum four (4) years prior active or reserve military experience
  • Current (within the last five years at the time of initial assignment as a contractor instructor) and have been terminated with an honorable discharge or retirement
  • Subject to background checks for Positions of Significant Trust and Authority (POSTA)
  • Subject to pre-employment and/or random drug testing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) years preferred prior active or reserve military experience
