We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Brewer Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
* Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
* Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
