Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and restore patients' function, alleviating pain and preventing disabilities through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
  • Design, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' goals and needs.
  • Administer manual exercises, instruct patients, and provide assistive equipment to support patients' recovery.
  • Develop and implement home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care after discharge.

Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree with prior experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • A current New York State license or a limited permit as a Registered Physical Therapist.
  • Prior Physical Therapist experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.


Pay Range:
$45.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
