Hospitalist Role in Kansas City Metropolitan Area
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist to become part of the Prime Healthcare Services team. This position is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care and positively influencing patient outcomes. Our organization prioritizes teamwork and collaboration, ensuring you have the necessary resources and support to thrive in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a 7 on/ 7 off schedule
- Engage in 12-hour shifts, days only
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience required (new graduates not considered)
- Must be board-eligible or board-certified
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers
- Manage an average of 20 patients per shift
- Participate in an open ICU setting
- No procedures required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employed W2 position
- Health Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost for the provider
- Retirement plan: 401k
- CME allowance provided
- Relocation reimbursement available
- Sign-on bonus offered
- Malpractice insurance coverage included
