Job Summary

IDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
