Nutritionist Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist to join our team at Neighborhood Health Clinics Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for participants.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals as needed.
• Provide education and support to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles.
• Determine participant eligibility for our WIC program based on their nutritional status.
• Promote breastfeeding among prenatal participants and provide guidance to those experiencing difficulties.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in Maternal and Child Health or a clinical setting is necessary. Teaching experience is highly valued.

Education Requirements:

• A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required for RNs.
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field is required for Nutritionists and Registered Dietitians.

This full-time position offers competitive pay, $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
