Insulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at New England Gypsum Floors: A Structis Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and replacing insulation materials in buildings to control or maintain building temperature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace insulation materials in buildings and mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to calculate insulation material requirements.
- Clear and dispose of old insulation according to safety guidelines.
- Load and unload insulation materials.
- Install or spray insulation in attics.
- Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes.
- Fasten insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites.
- Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of insulation materials.
- Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and lift 35 pounds.
