Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure that the needs of residents are met with respect and dignity.
  • Maintain consistent quality of care and service delivery across all shifts, stepping in as necessary to meet staffing needs.
  • Supervise and support licensed nursing staff and caregivers, providing ongoing training and education.
  • Manage medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid LPN or RN license.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
