Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at SMI USA, you will be part of a dynamic 24/7 call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls, typically ranging from 100 to 150 per shift, ensuring adherence to established protocols and service agreements. You will categorize calls accurately and perform additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in data entry, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key operations.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM is required; a typing assessment will be conducted during the interview.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
To qualify for this remote position, candidates must have:
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps (cable or fiber).
  • A smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication.
  • A personal headset (optional).
Compensation: $14/hr.
