Job Description
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with IATF 16949 quality management standards, guaranteeing superior results in every operation.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to develop and refine Process Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters.
  • Manage Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions, streamlining CAR/PAR follow-ups.
  • Coordinate product claims and non-conforming product documentation, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Verify Material Test Reports for compliance to order specifications and submit to customers.
  • Record quality-related data in Quality Assurance databases.
  • Compile quality reports and update monthly KPI data.
  • P Prepare PPAP submission packages for First Article Production.
  • Conduct internal quality audits in accordance with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers through quality audits and surveys.
The Successful Applicant
  • Exhibit a strong background in the automotive sector.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Injection molding expertise is highly desired.
  • Auditing experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
