Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Tele patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions).
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele).
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certification as needed per specialty.
