Role Summary: The Food Runner position is integral to delivering outstanding service within the Premium Service Department, specifically in the Clubs area.
Key Duties:
  • Engage proactively with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Deliver personalized service with exceptional attention to detail, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Serve a diverse range of food and beverages, including alcoholic options.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other service departments.
  • Support the service team by clearing tables and delivering food orders efficiently.
  • Complete assigned opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about dining, beverage, and retail offerings within the venue.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to uphold service standards among colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, customer relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with guests.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Previous experience of two to three years in a vibrant bar, upscale club, or restaurant setting.
