Digital Commerce Strategist

• Optimize Online Store Performance: Ensure all product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing, enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.
• Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze Website Data: Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
• Manage Inventory and Order Fulfillment: Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure prompt order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: 5-7+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, preferably within the apparel industry.
• Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of hands-on supervisory experience.
• Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.
• Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• E-commerce Platforms: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus.

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
