Anaesthesiologist Associate

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Anaesthesiologist Associate to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center in Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with anaesthesiologists to provide medical direction and support in surgical procedures.
• Develop and maintain expertise in cardiac, thoracic, major vascular, OB, neuro, critical care, and trauma cases.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding promptly to emergencies within 15 minutes.
• Contribute to pre-anesthesia evaluations, preparation, tracheal intubation/extubation, and postanesthesia care/discharge.

Requirements:

• Michigan State Licensure

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
