Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Merchandise Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty
  • Participate in store recovery efforts, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
  • Support and participate in safety awareness initiatives, maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
