Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage a construction project located in Northern Kentucky/Southeastern United States. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing construction projects within the steel industry efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance measures are in place and followed

Requirements:

  • Experience within the steel industry, specifically managing large structural steel projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
  • Experience in construction estimating and management
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with quality control processes
  • Knowledge of ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6
  • Background in civil engineering or related field
