Steakhouse Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Hard Rock Casino Rockford. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to liquor laws and responsible serving practices.

• Secondary school degree preferred and/or previous work experience in hospitality service for at least 2 years.
• At least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine, including ingredients, spirits, and preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
