Your Role:
As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Loading in band and rental equipment.
  • Setting up and dismantling event equipment.
  • Adjusting focus and lighting according to artist or event specifications.
  • Operating and programming spotlight controls and lighting boards.
  • Maintaining and repairing lighting equipment.
  • Assisting with production needs throughout the venue.
  • Meeting artist and event A/V requirements.
  • Ensuring safe and consistent lighting operations.
  • Collaborating with artist representatives on technical requirements.
  • Safeguarding all company and rental lighting and A/V equipment.
  • Interacting with visiting production teams to ensure successful events.
  • Creating or distributing lighting plot plans.
  • Overseeing lighting systems throughout events.
  • Scheduling and fulfilling special event lighting needs.
  • Assisting audio crews with equipment setup.
  • Supporting any special event operations.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tour or Stage Production.
  • Proficiency in stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
  • High School Diploma.

Preferred:
  • College Degree.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels, extreme lighting changes, and moving lights.
  • Capable of wearing a radio earpiece during shifts.
