Job Overview

USA Insulation of Boulder is seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners improve their energy efficiency and comfort by installing our premium foam insulation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install foam insulation in walls of existing homes
  • Install loose fiberglass insulation or batt insulation in attics, crawl spaces, or other areas of the home
  • Install ventilation and other peripheral products in homes
  • Perform service calls as directed by the Foreman or Owner/Operator
Requirements
  • Passion for helping people improve their lives
  • Positive personality and a can-do approach
  • Prefer to work outside
  • Respectful of customers' homes and property
  • No insulation experience required, but preferred
  • Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps, and hand tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems
