Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training (MIT). As an MIT, you will receive comprehensive training and leadership development in managing your own account, including general training, leadership development, policies and procedures, reporting, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Train in maintaining records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format
- Learn to effectively handle managerial responsibilities, including payroll submission, staffing patterns, effective coaching and discipline, purchasing, maintaining inventory, and budgeting
- Communicate all directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
