Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of blood and blood products, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.
- Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and ship orders of blood and blood products, conducting visual inspections to ensure order accuracy.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment, turnaround times, and product availability.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor storage requirements, service equipment, and vehicle work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of customer service experience required; prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 40lbs.
