Outpatient Primary Care Physician

AMA Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Primary Care Doctor to join our growing private practice in Dunedin, Florida.
Job Summary:We are committed to providing quality and compassionate care to our patients, and we take pride in promoting work-life balance and reducing burnout among our providers.
Responsibilities:- Utilize managed care processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient utilization of lab, radiology, and extended service providers.
- Complete timely and comprehensive medical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Abstract medical documentation for hierarchical condition category (HCC) coding.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and maintain relationships with various health plans.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License
- Valid DEA
- Tuberculosis screening and proof of immunity to certain diseases
