About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercialization Coordinator to support our Away from Home-Sales Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate product data and documentation, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product data and documentation, including GS1 product data and images in Riversand/Syndigo
  • Work with internal business partners and external customers to complete product registrations and requests
  • Research production specifications, packaging, ingredients, and marketing claims
  • Maintain asset databases and ensure updated assets correctly populate customer data portals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maintain company data, product specifications, and product images in customer portals
  • Develop and maintain a repository of updated facility and product documentation
  • Assist sales teams with broker and sales communications, including maintaining FS1 with relevant marketing, sales, and product data
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Well-organized and able to work independently
  • Advanced time management skills and quick data entry and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
