About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FIS Business Systems Analyst or Sr. FIS Business Systems Analyst to join our team at UW Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality application development and support of Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including Planning (EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS).
  • Lead and complete regularly scheduled update procedures for Finance applications, including evaluation of new features and functions, regression testing, and support.
  • Ensure accuracy of actual, planning, and budget data through audits, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
  • Develop source data inputs, data mappings, and validation strategies to ensure controls are maintained.
  • Lead in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Lead in developing and maintaining application content.

Requirements
  • Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience in technical support or application support in financial data-based environments may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Minimum - Two (2) years technical and functional experience in Finance modules and/or relevant operations experience.
  • Preferred - Health care experience, support of Oracle Cloud environments and/or similar applications.
