Merchandising Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Merchandising Assistant at our retail location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping to care for, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers to our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for and maintain the quality of our fresh-cut flowers
• Assist with merchandising and displaying flowers in a visually appealing manner
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to promote our products
• Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above your shoulders
• Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing basis throughout the shift
• Availability to work during our holiday season (November through mid-May)
