Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mold Fabricator to join our team at Technimark LLC. As a Mold Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining all production tooling and supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, tear-down, and rework existing tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage a mold database, track time, updates, modifications, spare parts, and other relevant information for all molds within the company.
  • Mentor less experienced employees on the job, including apprentices.
  • Perform tasks such as wire hot runners, hot sprue, thermocouples, and replace hot runner components.
  • Clean, lubricate, and polish molds.
  • Operate manual lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and TIG welders.
  • Read blueprints and part prints to ensure accurate fabrication.
Requirements

To be successful as a Mold Fabricator, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Trade school training and 3+ years of tool room experience, or equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in Injection Molding is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer experience.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
